

Don Moss is currently a Development Chef for Cargill within the Animal Proteins Platform. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December of 2003 with dual degrees in Culinology™ and Animal Science. He is the first to graduate in the nation with a B.S. in Culinology™. To further his knowledge Don completed a Masters in Meat Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May of 2006. In June of 2006 Don joined the Cargill team as a Cargill Value Added Meats Deli Food Scientist. Then, in June of 2007 he joined the Culinary team working on Foodservice New Product Development as a Development Chef.
